A great reception doesn't just happen.
Before the first guest walks into the room, there's already a lot going on behind the scenes. Together we'll map out exactly how you'd like the night to flow, from your grand entrance and speeches through to cake cutting, first dance and everything in between.
I'll put together a detailed run sheet, coordinate with your photographer, venue and vendors, and make sure everyone knows where they need to be and when. If things run late (and something always does), I'll adjust on the fly and keep everything moving smoothly.
Then on the night, I take care of the microphone, the timing and the guest experience.
I read the room, bring the energy when it's needed, let the important moments breathe, and make sure all those key moments actually happen the way they're meant to.
You enjoy the night.

MCing a wedding is a bigger job than most people realise. There's timing to consider, formalities to coordinate, vendors to communicate with, and a room full of guests looking for direction.
A couple of months before the wedding, I'll send you a questionnaire so I can learn exactly how you'd like the reception to flow.
From there, I'll create a detailed run sheet, provide a tailored MC script, and share plenty of tips and resources to help your chosen MC feel confident and prepared.
They still get to bring their own personality to the role.
They just won't be flying blind.
